By using SaveVideo.uz ("the Service"), including our website and Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of service

SaveVideo.uz is a free online tool that lets users download publicly available videos from supported websites by pasting a URL. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU where applicable) to use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your country, including the Republic of Uzbekistan, the United States, the European Union, or elsewhere.

3. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the links you submit and for how you use any files obtained through the Service. You must ensure that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you have the right to download and keep the content.

SaveVideo.uz and its operators are not responsible for third-party content accessed via URLs you provide.

4. Acceptable use & prohibited content

You agree not to:

  • Submit or request downloads of illegal content under applicable law (including Uzbekistan law where relevant)
  • Use the Service to obtain or distribute pornography or other adult material from dedicated adult platforms — we oppose and do not support such downloads
  • Download copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder
  • Use the Service for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or other unlawful purposes
  • Overload or attack our servers (automated scraping, DDoS, etc.)
  • Circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions
  • Redistribute downloaded content in violation of platform terms or copyright law

We may refuse, block, or remove support for any URL or category of content at any time without notice.

5. Copyright & intellectual property

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files. SaveVideo.uz does not host user-uploaded content long-term and does not claim ownership of third-party videos. Download only content you have the right to save (e.g. your own videos, public domain, or with explicit permission).

We respond to valid copyright notices. Rights holders may contact us via Telegram.

6. Third-party platforms

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X and other platforms have their own terms of use. Using our Service does not grant any rights beyond what those platforms allow. We may stop supporting any platform at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific download quality, or compatibility with every URL.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveVideo.uz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service, including liability arising from content you chose to request.

9. Advertising

The Service is funded by advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) and optional Premium features that do not include adult-content access. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for ad content or external sites linked from ads.

10. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted in light of applicable international and local laws, including those of the Republic of Uzbekistan where the Service is operated. Disputes should first be raised via our Telegram contact. Formal legal review by a qualified attorney is recommended for operators regarding local criminal and media rules.
